Tracy D. Pagliara
President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pagliara joined Williams in April 2010 as General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President of Business Development and progressively advanced to his most recent position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pagliara was with Gardner Denver, Inc. for eight years, where he served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and also assumed additional leadership responsibility for the compliance, human resources, environmental, health and safety and insurance functions. Prior to joining Gardner Denver, Inc., Mr. Pagliara held positions of increasing responsibility in the legal departments of Verizon Communications/GTE Corporation and Kellwood Company. He eventually became Assistant General Counsel for each company. Mr. Pagliara is a director, and serves on the audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees, of Uranium Resources, Inc. He is a member of the Missouri and Illinois State Bars and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Randall R. Lay
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lay most recently was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., a supplier of specialty chemicals and materials to the coatings, adhesives, medical, water treatment and construction markets, from December 2017 to August 2019, when GEO was acquired by CPS Performance Materials. During the previous ten years, Mr. Lay served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lazy Days’ R.V. Center, Inc. (which was acquired and restructured as Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:LAZY)). Lazy Days operated the world’s largest RV dealership, which was founded in 1976 and grew to $615 million in vehicle, service, parts and e-commerce sales prior to being acquired.
Prior to Lazy Days, Mr. Lay held several leadership positions at various companies including Buccino & Associates, Inc., a financial advisory and turnaround firm, Universal Access Global Holdings Inc., a communications network integrator, Metromedia Fiber Networks, Inc., a telecommunications company, and International Specialty Products Inc., a global supplier of specialty chemicals. Early in his career, Mr. Lay was a regional controller for Otis and progressed to director of financial planning at United Technologies Corporation.
Charles E. Wheelock
Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Wheelock joined the Company in September 2011 as Associate General Counsel and thereafter assumed roles of increasing responsibility prior to assuming his current role as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary in June of 2019. In his current role, Mr. Wheelock is responsible for the Company’s human resources, recruiting, labor relations, and risk management functions, and also serves as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wheelock spent 10 years at General Electric Company, serving in a variety of roles in its Energy Services and Power Generation businesses. Mr. Wheelock is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mike Bruno
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Bruno served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility with Williams from 2009-2015, ultimately becoming Vice President & General Manager of Energy Services. Prior to returning to Williams as Vice President of Business Development, he was the Fleet Director of Maintenance Services at Day & Zimmermann, with overall responsibility for nuclear project services at multiple facilities. Mr. Bruno also previously held several positions at GE, including power plant manager, and attained his B.S. in Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Dawn Jenkins
Vice President, Human Resources
Dawn Jenkins, Vice President, Human Resources, has been elected a corporate officer of Williams. Ms. Jenkins, prior to her current role, was Vice President, Treasurer and has had a series of roles of progressive responsibility during her time with Williams, formerly Global Power, over the past 15 years.
